She’s a wife, a mom to two girls, an accomplished professor, has a PhD in English literature, AND has penned some pretty incredible books. She has this way of painting pictures with words that speak to the soul. Seriously. She’s a gift.

Not to mention she’s written one of our favorite books Seated With Christ: Living Freely in a Culture of Comparison. We chat with Heather about the power of God’s word, and she shares the specific verse and story behind the struggle that brought her to write these life changing books. We also get the scoop about her newest book Guarded By Christ: Knowing the God Who Rescues and Keeps Us. Heather’s honesty and transparency about her battle with depression and comparison are truly inspiring and something you won’t easily forget.
