Design Chat: Youth Addition Design Project
THE “DEETS”
- We designed the interior spaces of a youth and kid’s worship space…which included a beautiful lobby, some classrooms, and two large worship spaces (one for the kids and one for youth/teens).
- Our client was looking for a space that was a mix of fun, a vintage/ industrial feel, and a design that would also flow nicely with their more traditional worship space. We did what we could to add some fun elements in, without making it appear too young or too old, so that all ages {even the adults!} could potentially use and enjoy the space.
- There were a lot of fun little details involved, like concrete countertops, reclaimed wood, a custom entertainment center, foosball and ping pong tables, large chalkboard paint prayer walls, a large coffee bar, a climbing wall, and some great and affordable furniture pieces and lighting fixtures.
