On this week’s episode we hear from Mary & Sandy at Resource Global. They share the heart and vision of this unique nonprofit and how they are working to equip and charge young leaders all over the world to live more fully for the Lord. They currently have groups in Chicago and Jakarta, Indonesia and are exploring cohorts in other countries like Nairobi, Istanbul, Shanghai, and Lima. We absolutely LOVE what this organization is about and what they’re doing to “ready” people of faith in the workplace.
We also chat about the dynamic of work and faith, and share our perspectives as working moms. We discuss the struggle to find balance as we bounce between kids and our computer screens, and we might even throw in a few funny work stories involving breast pumps, mismatched shoes, and laundry mishaps … { yikes } !

Resource Global seeks to resource and release next generation leaders for Gospel restoration in their cities.
We seek out what God is preparing through young professionals in key cities around the world, and we appoint local teams to walk hand-in-hand with these young professionals to provide contextualized opportunities in training, networking and discipleship to pursue their work in a way that is faithful to Christ and effective for the good of their cities. We believe God is doing a new thing through believers in the workplace, and we believe that young, Christ-following professionals are playing a unique role in cultivating their cultures and economies for maximized Gospel impact.
